Program Information:

StaLta calculates the STA (Short Term Average)  / LTA (Long Term Average) ratios of a 
PSN Type 4 event file. This information can then be used to set the STA/LTA trigger 
fields in SDR.

This program is a 32-bit command line (DOS Box) application. To run the program type 
StaLta at the command line prompt. The program will ask the user to supply the event 
file name, STA time and the LTA time. Both times are in seconds.

The user can also supply the user input information on the command line:
	
 	StaLat [File Name] [LTA Time] [STA Time]    [] = optional input 

	Example: StaLta 010210a.lc1 .5 20.0

Source code for the program is supplied as an example on how to read the new PSN Type 
4 event file format.
